General Hospital Ogulin
The renovation at Opća bolnica Ogulin includes comprehensive upgrades across five buildings, improving both the building envelope and technical systems. Once completed, the project will deliver significant energy savings and enhance day-to-day comfort.
Key upgrades include:
• Refurbishment of roofs and façades
• Installation of new windows and doors
• Modernisation of heating, cooling, and lighting systems
• Long-term improvements to energy performance and functionality
General Hospital Virovitica
At Opća bolnica Virovitica, Resalta is delivering a full renovation of four older hospital buildings. The project scope includes building envelope upgrades and mechanical system improvements, alongside the temporary removal and reinstallation of an existing solar PV system to enable roof works.
Project documentation is already 85 percent complete, with construction expected to begin by late summer 2025.
Planned improvements include:
• Roof, façade, and window refurbishment
• Heating, cooling, and lighting upgrades
• Improved comfort, energy efficiency, and operational resilience
