Resalta acquires Statkraft's Croatian renewable energy platform

Resalta has officially acquired the Croatian platform of Statkraft, Europe’s largest generator of renewable energy. The transaction, signed and closed in July 2025, includes a portfolio of renewable energy projects and the full transfer of Statkraft Croatia’s local team to Resalta.

This marks an important step in our continued growth across the region, with Croatia being one of our key markets going forward. The projects acquired are a strong strategic fit, and the integration of the local team ensures business continuity and accelerates our delivery capabilities in the country.
